Our virtual tours, and detailed home and neighbourhood descriptions will help you make your decision. Don’t forget to check the minimum permissible period before you book! We visit every property. We take our own photos and video of each property, not relying on landlords. We open drawers and cupboards, and show you every corner of the property. Your property visit is completely online, so you can revisit it as many times as you like. It’s just like being there. IMPORTANT: The videos will be sent by email after the more information is requested!

Reserve the property

When you make a reservation, that property is blocked until one of our agents responds to your request (to a maximum of 48 hours). As soon as the agent verify and accepts the booking, you will receive an email for confirmation.

Payment and Contract

As an extra security step, the payment will be made through one of the Flat Pisos SL Agent's only by Bank Wire Transfer after the tenant will receive and sign the contract between him and the agent that is handling the transaction. The payment must be made within 48 hours from receipt of the contract, following the agreement between the tenant and our agent. The agent will be the person with which the tenant will arrange the move-in time, key collection, and transfer any documentation. After the payment is done, the tenant have to send us the proof of payment by email. Flat Pisos SL will be directly responsible only for the first rental month of the home posted on our site, and any of the homes found on flatpisos-sl.com may only be rented through our agents. IMPORTANT! We will transfer this money to the landlord 48 hours after the Tenant moves in, unless the tenant contact us with a problem.

Move in

And that’s it! The home is yours! The agent will now be your main point of contact. All you have to do is collect your keys from the agent that is handling your transaction! The payment – which you made at the beginning of the booking process – will be transferred to the landlord 48 hours after you move in if the home presented by Flat Pisos SL or by our agents, is consistent with what you found on the spot.
